The College of Teachers does validate courses which we recognise. However you will need to ensure the course that is validated by them also fulfils our other criteria, points 2 and 3:
2. contain at least six hours supervised teaching practice (i.e. teaching practice where a qualified assessor observes the trainee teacher teaching real students and gives feedback on his or her performance) [The EBC course meets this requirement]
3. contain at least 100 hours of ELT/TESOL input. [The EBC course meets this requirement]
